An incessant wind

When I get on the bus in the morning, I find all these people sitting in aisle seats who I would normally consider more window-seat people. I found out why they sit on the aisle today: During the summer, there is an incessant wind from the ceiling down the window and onto the passenger in the window seat. What a horrible, horrific, unhealthy design. Good thing I was wearing a jacket today - and that's why people wear a jacket on the bus or have one with them on the subway when it's 90 degrees outside!! Now, I understand!!
