There's a new, very boisterous and borderline overly zealous fellow (Italian! WOOHOO! - kinda cute...) manning our buildling's front desk today named:

JOE-HOW-YA-DOIN-GOOD-TA-MEETCHA!

He's got a little burgundy vest on under his jacket greeting the building's peeps as they exit the elevator. In the middle of the grand hallway. Wouldn't let me by without SHAKING MY HAND!!! And GREETING ME!!!

A bit shocking, really.
