So the AIDS NYC Walk was a LOT of fun. Granted, if my husbear hadn't been with me, it would have been a MAJOR drag. Together everyone I emailed put in over $1000 and I got loud accolades at the event because I had raised so much money - anyone with $1000+ got notariety for it in the crowd and received a crown (that didn't fit on my head). So, it was worth it. Plus, we exerted about 1000 calories at the same time as donating our time and feet to the cause. Felt really good.
