Good Customer Service Reigns Supreme

wwcitizenHow many times do you return to the same store or website to purchase things because the proprietors provided good customer service? I always return to these places.
How often do we tell others about the good customer service we receive? Not as often do I (or most people for that matter) mention to go to a particular store strictly because of the customer service. But here's my opportunity!!
Mooseville in Maine has been a great find for me for the last 4-5 years. Corey is the guy I've spoken to most and he's excellent. Last night, I placed a birthday gift order for my sister (who hopefully won't see this post, but I'm not letting on what the stuff is). Long story short, she gets me piggy things and I get her moosey things.
This morning, Corey called me about some unexpected stock-related issues with my order. He even threw in something new to the order to make sure that my sister's birthday was happy. He's also including a personal note to let her know other things are coming later.
I REALLY hope this guy stays in business in this economy! He's certainly working for it. if you're ever in the market for woodsy, foresty, or moosey things (they now even have beaver and loon stuff, too!), check out Mooseville in Maine online. They're fantastic!
