Since July 2007, 378 people (including the bombers) have died in Pakistan in direct result of terrorism. I have a friend there now - not sure exactly where he is - and it's not a fun thing to be worried about a friend's life when he's abroad. Plus, I just don't understand the need to kill; after all what point are they all making and why do people think they're doing good by killing themselves and others. This also goes for a myriad of other kinds of killings, but this one just popped out at me - and just after I wrote such a positive note before...

Updates:
8 more people were killed in today's mosque bombing. Bringing the total up to 386.

Lots to see and remember. This is a pretty good synopsis; however, the commentaries from the newscasters are pretty funny.
