Don't really like running for a bus. It's good that it gets my adrenaline up, but then I'm a little tired. Just outside my building, I can see the next bus or buses coming. I always run towards the bus, even if I know I'm not going to be directly at the stop because they typically stop for me (who's gonna wanna damage their bus so early in the morning?).
Chatty Kathy's sitting across from me doing her makeup. Doesn't your makeup get smeared if you're on a bus with no control over how the bus drives? She's sitting there positioning her lip liner off to the side in orchestral conductive fashion, bringing it to her lips lightly, jerking it away at the first sign of a bumpy mishap. Good thing she's got 35 minutes! Now she on to mascara...
